    1. What size do you recommend for my pet?

      Please use our search box. Simply enter your dog breed in the search area. The search box is located under the add to cart button.

      If you don’t find your particular dog breed, please refer to our size chart to estimate the right size based on the weight. Table is located under the description, above the reviews section.

      * If you are still not sure between two sizes, we highly suggest the bigger one! A little extra room is always better than not enough space


        2. What is the difference between the 4 versions?

          Non Removable Cover – A Soft-Cloud Bed with no zip: The cover can not be removed. Not recommended for bigger sizes (100cm+), if you would like to use a washing machine.

          Removable Cover – A Soft-Cloud Bed with a zip: The cover can be removed and washed separately.

          Removable Cover with (1) Extra Cover: While one cover is being washed, the extra one can be used.

          (1) Individual Cover: Meant for returning customers who would like to replace their original cover.


            3. Are the Soft-Cloud products washable?

              Yes, every product is safe in your washing machine or dryer. Thanks to its innovative design and sustainable material, the Soft-Cloud products can be washed effortlessly.

              We suggest to use cold water and a gentle cycle. Air dry is preferred, but a gentle cycle in the dryer does the trick.


                4. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

                  It will take 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped by our team. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information. The total delivery time is 9-14 business days + processing time.

                        6. How to apply a discount code?

                          Discounts can be applied at the checkout!

                          If you are using a laptop/desktop, the code can be entered at the first step of the checkout.

                          If you are using a cellphone, the code can be entered at the last step of the checkout. It is at the third step, after entering your info and the shipping method selection.

                                        10. What does a calming bed mean?

                                          The concepts implemented in the design of this bed are highly researched and very well known to the best pet therapists in the industry, who have been using them for multiple decades to mitigate the problems of anxiety. The raised rim creates a sense of security and activates the nervous system in a way that allows your pet to calm down instantly, relax for a longer time, and have much healthier sleep habits.


                                            11. Is there a warranty that you offer?

                                              The warranty period is 30 days. If you face an issue with any of our products within this period, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will then investigate the issue.


                                                12. What is the bed made of?

                                                  The internal filling of the product is made of EPE (Pearl cotton), the outer layer is soft plush material. It is one of the comfiest materials.


                                                    13. How can I track my order?

                                                      Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the link to show any shipping information. The tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way once it has left the warehouse.
